Birth Support
Two prenatal visits at your kitchen table. Unlimited texts the whole pregnancy. On call for you from 38 weeks. I stay for the whole labor — not a shift, the whole thing. TENS unit if you want one. Two visits after, once you’re home.

Not included: Medical care, clinical advice, or anything that belongs to your provider.
Second Baby
You’ve done this. You don’t need the full syllabus. One prenatal visit, same texting, same on-call, same me at the birth. Less prep, same presence.

Postpartum Support
Daytime by the hour, or overnights so you can sleep for six straight hours. I hold the baby, run the laundry, make the food, and answer the question you’re too tired to Google.
- Days by the hour, four-hour minimum
- Overnights are 10 hours, usually 9pm to 7am
- I feed the baby or bring the baby to you — your call
- Laundry, bottles, a real meal
- Feeding help, and an honest answer about whether you need a lactation consultant
- I know what postpartum depression looks like, and I’ll tell you if I see it

Paying for it
Payment plans
Split across your pregnancy, no interest. A $400 deposit holds your date.
HSA and FSA
Usually yes, with one step: the IRS doesn’t name doula care, so most plans want a letter of medical necessity from your OB or midwife. Ask at your next appointment — I’ll send you wording that’s worked. Check with your administrator before you count on it.
TRICARE
I’m a CBSD participating provider and DONA-certified, which is on TRICARE’s accepted list. Prime, Prime Remote and Select can be covered for up to six hours of visits plus the birth. You need to be 20+ weeks, and the birth has to be outside a military hospital. Ask me first and I’ll walk you through it.
Texas Medicaid doesn’t cover doula care yet. There’s movement on it. I’ll tell you where it stands if you ask.
